Receptionist seek jobs new zealand 2024 You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors and staff. You will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling phone calls, greeting guests, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the facility.
You will have a minimum of three years’ experience in an administrative role, strong computer literacy skills, especially in the Microsoft suite and cloud-based software.
Experience in aged care would be an advantage but not a necessity. An understanding and affinity of the elderly is required along with a caring and compassionate nature.
This role is 20 hours/week ideally 10 am until 2pm five days week.
