Senior Digital Training Specialist jobs qatar 2024 The Senior Digital Training Specialist holds a critical position in the analysis, design, planning, implementation, and end-to-end execution of the organisation’s or assigned entities annual training plans and schedules.

Evaluate mass-skilling needs based on stakeholders and clients’ strategic business objective.Build mass-skilling training programs in collaboration with the solution designer.Assess and identify current and future skilling needs through market research, roles analysis, career paths, and consultation with technology providers.Analyze and understand the demands and training needs of the stakeholders as defined in the ITP (Individual Training Plans).Identify and supply all the technical and educational training/classroom requirements such as handouts, content, instructional materials, aids, assessments, manuals, and any other course activities.Initiate, prepare, and plan courses based on trend analysis and market studies conducted quarterly.
Plan and maintain client’s training calendars.Develop or oversee the production of all the technical and educational training/classroom requirements such as handouts, content, instructional materials, aids, assessments, manuals, and any other course activities.Research, engage, evaluate, and procure new training and content vendors, and manage the communications and contracts.
L&D Management & Support
Develop, manage, and govern L&D policies, standard operating procedures, processes, guidelines, and best practices.Manage, utilize, and activate current and new partnerships and MOUs.Own business communications, and always build & maintain a healthy business relationship with stakeholders.
Prepare and negotiate budget for training programs and workshops.Support the PowerBI team in creating dashboards and reports for different stakeholder.Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and on-demand reports on training progress, challenges, quality, and KPIs.Support the Project Manager and the Client Program Manager in developing project plans.Any other tasks assigned by the Project Manager or Client Program Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, Training, HR, or related field8+ year’s experience as an ICT/HR Training Specialist or similar role in Training or Digital Transformation. Pre-sales or consulting experience is an advantage.Cyber Security knowledge and experience.4+ years of experience with designing training programs and workshops.Ability to lead a full training cycle.5+ years of experience with learning management software.Knowledge of various ICT training and teaching methods.Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods.Proficient with various office productivity applications (MS Office, Visio, Project, & PowerPoint), Learning & Talent management system applications.Experience in curriculum development, instructional design.Excellent communication, decision making and analytic skills.
