We are currently seeking a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to join our Montreal team. The customer service / inside sales representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to all customers across Canada by responding to inquiries, processing orders, and following up to expedite sales. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, adaptable, tech savvy, and willing to help others. Product and positional training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in person, by phone and electronically
Utilize computer systems to provide information on price and availability
Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers and represent our clients with integrity
Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge and an ability to educate customers
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and customer retention
Contact manufacturers/vendors for product information and to ensure deadlines are met
Support other branch employees

Requirements

Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills
1-3 years of sales experience
Computer aptitude (Microsoft Office Suite)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as working in a cohesive team environment
Internal drive for success and professional growth

IDN-Canada offers a competitive salary and benefit package, monthly & yearly bonus opportunities, commissions, and a RSP program.

Full-time position. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Due to the nature of our business and products carried, candidates must be bondable with no criminal record. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
