UK jobs ECommerce Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operations of our online store. You will work closely with various teams, including marketing, customer service and sales to ensure the smooth functioning of our e-commerce platform.

The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and possesses a strong attitude to learning. This role will play a crucial part in our new platform project and will be an integral member of the team.

Please note this is a temporary position, anticipated to last 12 – 18 months.

Your responsibilities as an Ecommerce Administrator will be:

Maintain the current e-commerce customers and users

Manage and update the current e-commerce products and dataset

Conduct thorough testing for routine system update

Provide assistance to current platform users through the ticketing system.

Utilise analytics to track, search and product data performance

Familiarize oneself with the current customer setup and oversee the transition to the new platform

Conduct training sessions for both internal and external users on the new platform.

Provide ongoing support for the new platform following its implementation in the business

About you

Demonstrates a keen interest in content management systems

Exhibits enthusiasm, self-motivation with a positive attitude towards your work

Have the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment, successfully prioritise your workload and be deadline conscious

Possess strong analytical skills

Open to learning

You will have a detail-orientated approach to your work

Confident in delivering presentations to multiple end users

Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft office packages, namely Excel

Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

You will have a flexible and resilient approach

Previous experience working in Ecommerce is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
