Reporting to the General Manager, Corporate Services you will be responsible for accurate and timely completion of the accounting function for the business.

The role will suit candidates with commercial experience and end to end finance experience who are comfortable with working with different stakeholders across the business.


Daily reconciliation of revenue receipts and processing of accounts payable
Finance reporting and compliance
Complete BAS, PayrollTax, Superannuation and FBT returns
Manage working capital
Ensure accurate completion of fortnightly payroll
Maintain integrity of general ledger (Xero)
Prepare reports for monthly board and board committee reporting
Ensure all finance functions are performed to facilitate external reporting within statutory and legal deadlines
Maintain asset register and depreciation schedules
Liaise with external auditors
Perform any other adhoc finance tasks as may be required by management from time to time.



CA/CPA qualified
A minimum of 3 years’ experience
Professionally curious and wants to make a difference to the organisation
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
Advanced practical skills in the use of Xero (or similar financial software)
Highly organised, ability to multitask, manage timelines, and complete tasks to a deadline
Strong team player and process driven
Deadline driven with the ability to work with various stakeholders.
Provide accurate and timely financial reporting



Provide useful financial insights that will assistin decision-making that will affect business operations
Anticipate and show initiative to ensure efficiencies are identified and actioned accordingly
Work within the team environment and maintain a positive and constructive attitudewhile solving problems
Take responsibility for delivering againstobjectives.
